He looked good very improved striking but he just faced an Olympic wrestler. His cardio held up well even though it was a very tiring style fight. Powerful kicks but i think he needs to work on speed and come in at 245-250.

Bad cardio, no heart. He just doesn't have the thirst for blood. Too passive. I think he should retire.

Shit fight IQ.

He should have fucking laid down on the ground if that was what it took to get Cormier there.

He shoulda went to 205 when he had the chance years ago....

He is just too slow. His striking game will never become anything good because his arms move so slow.

no. He needs to retire. He looks too shop worn. He was struggling to lift his arms to throw punches. Looked like a geezer in there, even though hes actually younger than cormier

The best HWs have always been the smaller, quicker, 230-240lbs guys. ALWAYS. The lumbering 250-260 guys have always been the worst. Speed kills, especially at HW.

I think frank just enters the octagon and shuts off his brain.

He is probably just coming too not knowing where he has been all day.

I don't think there's any weight that will make Mir fast, he's seemed slow as hell for a while and the last time I remember him looking fast was against nog and nog is pretty slow himself.

Ever since Mir bulked up to try and compete with Brock he's looked slow and plodding. The irony is the best guys at HW are not the ones cutting to make the HW limit. They're the guys in the 230-245lb range. Speed kills and Mir can't compete with it.

he didnt get knocked out while he was against the cage, in some weird way i consider that a positive
