It looked like in the replay.

There's a stigma for tapping to strikes but if you eat a bomb like that one that you won't recover from, no point in potentially getting your jaw cracked by Hunt.
 
It could have been a reflex. I'm not sure he was with his senses after that shot.

i thought that too in the replay but it was probably him being rocked and moving his hand toward him and it flopping, it only hit the canvas twice and it looked like he didn't want the fight to stop when the ref came in so he wasn't tapping voluntarily
 
He was so rocked he couldn't even get his hands in front him to defend himself. He did not tap.
 
He got cranked by an overhand right from Hunt, solid connection, he was rocked, didn't tap. After seeing the replay I am glad the ref stopped it. No tap.

I saw it live and watched the replay. Rewatched on Dvr. He 100% tapped after the knockdown.
 
I doubt it. I think he was just really rocked. Frank had Shane Carwin beating him to death and never tapped
 
Holy Shit! I think ts is right! Tapping to strikes is hella romo. In the replay it explains why the ref took a sec to stop it when he did. Looks like he was gonna let it go till he saw Frank tap.

No he was unconscious. His hand just bounced off the mat.
 
No tap, that was just his body trying to check all the appendages to make sure they still work.
