Frank Shamrock teaching leg locks

Frank looked like he was having a lot of fun rolling with the blue belt.

Awesome, thanks for sharing. Frank was one of my first favorite fighters when I started watching MMA (even though I started watching during his first retirement), and I've always wondered why we don't see more videos of him teaching his techniques and philosophies on MMA, since he talks about them so much.
 
I'm a big Frank fan, too Rambo. I like how he traps Dan's arm and finishes the heel hook.

 
I hope more videos of frank teaching pop up. He is a very technical and intelligent and articulate teacher
 
That was an awesome video, I would love to go to a seminar by him. I love his teaching style.
 
Frank was ahead of his time IMHO.

His fight vs Tito Ortiz still ranks as one of my all time best MMA fights.

Does anyone recommend his MMA DVDs? I think it is called 'Fight to Win'?
 
Henderson looked much smaller than he does now.
 
Franks instructional dvd's don't do him justice. His seminars where he is teaching people and not talking to the camera are much, much ,better. I have a few of them and learned quite a lot from them. I hope he gets back into teaching more. I was fortunate enough to take a few classes from him at AKA back in the day.
