I understand people believe that USADA made up some new theory for Jones, but this is something Frank Mir said 2 years ago. Before Jon even popped the first time. I'm not suggesting Jon is innocent necessarily, but the consistency of the story from USADA throughout these 2 cases does lend some credibility to the Idea that these recent failures were not re-Ingestions on Jones part.
