Media Francis walked away from a 7 Million Dollar Offer

Here comes the shills in 3....2 ....

Mr. Dana White offered Francis a guaranteed 3.5 million dollars per fight as a guaranteed purse, but greedy Francis declined the UFC's generous offer, bit the hand that fed him, and is insisting on getting wrecked in boxing for a couple of million dollars more.

He never mentioned the UFC's lavish offer until now.

Coach Lopez warned us about Francis, but we accused him of attention whoring.

What does that even mean. Was it one fight for 7 million or a multi fight contract for 7 million?
He said "overall" and "since the Stipe fight" so I'm pretty sure he's talking about $7m for a multi-fight deal, not $7m for one fight.

If the UFC is giving their HW champion $600k for one fight I can't see them giving anybody $7m for one fight except maybe Conor

Genuinely don't care about how someone else gets paid. Why sign in the first place, make it all the way to champ then shelf yourself for almost year hoping for a once off payday? With base pay, ppv points, outside sponsors and investments he could make plenty.
From the sandmines to now is a massive difference.

That sudden change of wealth fucked up his brain

Yeah and why is that such a good deal? He could make much more in 1 boxing match.

Francis in his own words said a god amount if money. So it had to be per fight. Otherwise why would he say this

If i had to guess im thinking maybe a 6 fight deal for 7 Mil. He claims he is currently making 600K per fight, so 6 fights for 7 Mil maks more sense then 7 mil for one fight. I could be wrong, maybe it was 8 fights......

He wants to box. It's not that complicated. It's not just the money.
That's what's interesting about this though, for 99% of fighters/people in general this would strictly be about money. Even when people bring up Boxing it's ultimately about money, for Francis it is legitimately about principle, pretty cool to see.
