Francis Ngannou made more money than Jon Jones in their careers

The same with Conor. It's not really a fair comparison. One fight against a Mayweather or Fury and you're set for life.
True but it shows you the real revenue split for these guys. Boxers get the majority which they should, mma gets barely any

And underground steroids are extremely expensive
Worse, the great ones they build around your genome that Jon has probably been taking for years are even more expensive

I dunno about made more, but Jon definitely spent more, coke, hookers, and booze aint cheap.

There's no doubt about that, but in the UFC? Nope

He is set for life and on a 7 fights win streak in MMA.
In fact, his last win is more recent than Jones or Aspinall.

In fact?? I like that.

Francis beat Ferreira in Oct 24, Jones last win was Nov 24. So I don't think thats more recent.

You could understand his frustration with the UFC lol.

He's basically saying "you contract-locked me from making this amount of money, so at least pay me what I could earn outside the UFC"

I don't know about that Jones made between UFC 135 and UFC 197, that's from Rampage to OSP just over $18 million in 9 fights. For Gane and Stipe he made 7 million each + PPV, so estimated pay was 9-10 million each fight. And this doesn't include his fights with Cormier 2, Gus 2, Santos, Smith and Reyes where he was making much more. In addition, his first several UFC fights, but those really didn't pay him much.

Jon's compensation with the UFC is well over 50 million all in. I don't think Francis has made that in his career even with the boxing fights.

I'm sure that's true those boxing matches were worth a career of Jon's earnings

They paid Francis a very nice amount from what was reported, but not more than what Jon made overall or close.

My bad. I don't why, it felt so long ago already.

I don't believe that fighters are paid much more than what is disclosed. Only a selected few, for a handful of strategic fights.
In fact, it's been more the opposite with sponsors. Remember the infamous crypto.com bonuses?
The UFC is horrible for fighters sponsorship, they act like a soviet communist state. One of the reason Ngannou left.
As someone who works within the combat sports industry.. this is +1 all the way around.

Lol at Jon having a net worth of $3M. I doubt he's made less than $3M for any 1 of his fights on over a decade. Dunno if that estimate is meant to shit on his inactivity and drug problems, but even Jon doesn't burn all of his money and show up flat broke and start from scratch every fight.

Don't forget that Franci$ spends like crazy

Well, you'd spend money like crazy if you came from a dirt poor country/continent. Imagine going from a few thousand a year (whatever digging sand paid) to hundreds of thousands...to millions...to tens of millions of bucks.

To everyone thinking Francis is winning the financial war...

Jon doesn't have to worry about the boxing-related retardation Big Frank has to look forward to if he takes another fight. Frank will be in a wheelchair, wearing diapers, and forgetting his name before retirement age if he takes another boxing fight.

Jon Jones said that he had 10 Million dollars in the Bank to DC before their second fight <{1-10}>
And (assuming he was telling the truth) while might be nuttier than a fruit cake, he lives in Albuquerque and doesn’t seem to have any mad expensive hobbies (minus cocaine.)

IDK about that...which one of them is already battling multiple addictions and mental health issues? Headbutting police cars isn't great for brain damage either.
