These guys are in limbo right now, not sure what's going to happen to them in the near or even distant future.

But who do you see has the best chance in fighting again in MMA this year?

Jones will be back this year but that might be it for him. Alex and Tim are high risk fights.

Francis is dealing with the loss of his son unfortunately, and seems to be more into boxing these days for huge pay days
Jones is on his way to becoming the Pope
So probably Khamzat

Didn't Jones just say he has a finger injury and won't be fighting?

This isn't even a fair comparison.

Jones has a 42 year old grandpa who everyone knows is a walk over fight at this stage of their careers that the UFC is literally putting on a platter for him.

Jones ...

Khamzat is fragile..

Francis is CEO of Africa now.. .

you act like that 41 grandpa is a lw
with losetreak like 5
he aint tony ferguson sir

that 41 yr old HW is 2-1 in his last 3 fights
only fought championship fights
and is fully healed

meanwhile volk gets fckd left and right (with no time to heal)
but yall think hes on his prime lmfao

Jones and Khamzat will fight before end of year. Pretty sure. Ngannou probably is going to sit out.

If Chimaev doesnt fight in UFC 308 then its Jones who fights first, potentially none of them fights in 2024.

I wouldn't be surprised if Francis never has an MMA fight again.

Jones easily the answer before the finger at air port tweet. Now its a toss up between Jones and Khamzat. Francis has a boxing fight lined up it sounds no way he does that and an MMA fight when it's already July.

41 is a grandpa at any weight class, and he has been retired for 3 years. So yes, Stipe is a grandpa. Heayvyweights primes end in their late 30s usually.

Omitting that he hasn't fought for years is dishonest, unless you somehow think that him being retired is irrelevant. Hey, GSP is like 15-0 in his last 15 fights, I'm sure he'll be in tip top shape to fight Leon Edwards and DDP.
