Frakie Edgar: "Conor's ducking me. Yes, I'll say those words."

via UFC Tonight. Bisping asked him True or False, " Conor McGregor would rather fight any body else on the UFC roster other than you?" and then asked Frankie straight up if Conor is ducking him.

He also said he didn't necessarily think he had to take Aldo down to win their fight at 200. Thought that was interesting.

I don't think he needs to either. Mendes had a lot of success and I think Aldo is slowing.

Surely that is Frankie's last chance at rattling Conor. Frankie hasn't fought since Mendes. Conor has. Frankie wasn't ready when RDA pulled out. How exactly is he ducking him. Conor is right, Frankie comes off looking a little too desperate.

Don't disagree. While he can win, terrible match up for Conor.

I love Frankie and he's a terrible matchup for McGregor, but I don't think Conor's ducking him.

If Conor's ducking anything, it's the scale - especially after the IV ban.

Edgar via split decision.

I really hope Frankie wins because whether Conor beats Diaz or not I think he will come back down one last time for Frankie on the NY card.

It would be an epic main event for the first card there.

Preferably with both winning their respective fights.

COME ON!

Disagree with Frankie. And I hope Frankie wrong and Conor fights him within 6 months. Even thinking about the possibility of that fight is giving me half a chubby.

lol Bisping be....

conner mcgregour wants no part of frankie.

how do we know that? he would rather get beat up by diaz again and have ready made excuses waiting for him than fighting frankie.

as far as frankie and aldo, one of frankies keys to success has to be starting strong and early--frankie has a habit of slow starts, though he seems to be getting away from that as of late.

if frankie fought the first 2 rounds against firsl aldo fight the way he finished, he would have won definitively (i still think he won rounds 3, 4, and 5).

if connor wins there will be a diaz rubber match. and no fight for franky in ny

Aldo and Edgar was a damned close fight. Most people seem to only remember Aldo having a great first two rounds. I thought Aldo won, but barely.

off topic.. just finished the show. Both Bisping and Kenny picked DC over Jones. :D
