I think you should talk to your dad about it, let him know you've seen his videos and ask him for an explanation, as shitty as the situation is, it's better to know his side of the story first before saying anything to your mom, maybe they have been talking divorce or other issues you aren't aware off which don't justify cheating of course but try getting as much information as possible before doing anything so you don't make the situation worse than it is.

Tell him to come clean to your mom and if he doesn't then you should step in and tell her. Whatever approach you choose isn't going to be easy so good luck
