What possible reason could there be for closing S&P?

If this is a joke it's a pretty shitty one.

it was a question from me, not a statement, I heard it from Rexholio, I just wanted someone to confirm it or deny it, so if it's a joke, it is NOT my joke and I wouldn't do that in this forum. I was about to really update my log, but now I am not sure if I should or not.
