I guess. I enjoyed it but I was a fan of the sport back when Fitch was still in the ufc. Can you say the same? If you can then you probably didn't enjoy everyone of Fitchs fights. I liked his Silva fight and a lot of his wsof fights and so far his Bellator fights but he's apparently retiring in all likelihood.

Gotta show respect to someone like that. At least from my point of view.

Generally about half an hour lol, he calls it shake break though in all seriousness because he takes several supplements and oils in a shake and in coffee and so he uses that time to talk to fans. Pretty cool IMO
