Take price out of the equation...how do these compare?

Depends on what you are looking for. The Ouano is not a gold or double weave as far as I know. It is a very lightweight gi. Kinda like comparing apples to oranges. I don't have experience with the other gi's mentioned but thought I would drop my $0.02 about the comparison you are trying to make.

Okay, I saw Gold weave and assumed that would make it heavier than the Ouano. :redface:

My friend has a dragao, its the best looking and feeling gi i have ever seen, beats atama hand down in every aspect i can think of. more comfortable and a better fit yet noticably stronger.

My instructor uses an atama gold weave (basic) and a mundial 7. The mundial 7 is alot lighter and thinner. I dont know the exact weights or how much it weighs compared to an ouano, but I do know that it is lighter than the usual gold weave.
