There are only two reasons one would do it.

1. To hurt America. This makes no sense when you think about it, as all it would result in was America uniting around the destruction of whoever did it. It would be like Iran actually intentionally blowing up a US airline on person and not shooting a bunch of missiles in the sand instead after Soleimani died. The person that least benefitted from 911 was Osama Bin Laden were the ones that apparently did it, and they only advanced their enemies causes.
2. To make it appear like your enemy did it and be the beneficiary. The biggest beneficiaries of America being attack by 'radical Muslims' was actually Israel and Saudi Arabia. They are the biggest buds America has, and Saudi is the worst offender of all the nations there. We know terrorists came from there, they are the producer of radical Wahhabism, they are a different sect of Islam than the majority of the Middle East and they are also buds with Israel and the Neo-cons/libs.

Sounds to me like this was another Iran Contra multi national type job and the Neo-cons/libs, CIA, MIC and Israel and Saudi benefitted the most.

I believe escorts earn a lot more though. Being a marine seems like a shitty job, all due respect to people in the military. I actually don't mind soldiers, I have a friend in the military and his buddies seem mostly cool guys. Maybe it's a bit different in Belgium though.
 
If you Yanks are going to impeach Trump, whoring out your military to an enemy of your state might make a better case than something something Russia. How can a volunteer force dedicated to a specific nation be pimped out? Doesn't sound right to me.

Soldiers know this, they aren't fighting for US interests but rather for Saudis and Israeli interests, along with big corporations. Hard to feel anything for them when something bad happens...
 
Problem with Saudi Arabia is that they're a complete glass house, but their collapse might lead to a total destabilization of the region (because of the religious significance of that region).

No kidding, they'd probably be conquered by some random Houthi rebels if America wasn't there to assist them. Saddam would've destroyed them.

U.S. is almost required to be an ally of theirs, even though they're obviously a shitbag regime. Because without the U.S., they are finished.
