65 million for a boxer is ridiculous. You can combine every top MMA star and they wouldn't even get 1/3 of that. Damn

I'm not sure what they were smoking when they compiled their numbers. That's why.

Suggs signed the largest deal in history for a linebacker last year. And Eli is the highest paid player in the NFL. Seriously.

Still Peyton Manning's endorements have to be huge. He is literally in EVERY commercial. His base salary must be seriously lacking.

According to SI, Floyd is third on their own list but with 60 million. Only tiger and phil ahead of him.

    2010 Fortunate 50 - SI.com

So who do you want to believe Forbes or SI?

I have a hard time believing Floyd only made 250k from endorsements.

If you want a flame fest to occur do it. The heavies is full of 12 year olds who think boxing will be elimnated from sports in a few years. Most of them would probably see how much PBF made and say "Wow imagine how much more he would make if he was in the UFC and Tap Out and Condom depot sponsored him".

Once upon a time we had an awesome poster by the name of bradlee180 or THE BRADGUY who made the following awesome threads in the heavys:

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f2/ufc-championship-fights-should-15-rds-1143608/

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f44/new-yorkers-too-wimpy-ultimate-fightin-1140416/

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f44/h...-kimba-can-win-ufc-but-graciess-cant-1121547/

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f2/ocatagon-surface-should-much-harder-1118656/

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f44/h...fights-over-injuries-but-boxers-dont-1113818/

    http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f2/ufc-has-many-fights-each-year-1110904/

That's just a few of them.

But you get the gist of what I am saying I presume, now if you want some lulz come up with a good title and post it in the trash bin of sherdog aka the heavies.

While Floyd's annual income is ridiculous....keep in mind not all boxers make that kinda money. Many of them (that is the mid-carders and journeymen) are actually underpaid for the work they do...........still much more than any MMA fighter though but on average, pro-football, basketball, baseball make more than your average sweet scientist.
