If you havent already check out Kwan Loong oil. I picked some up from vitamin shoppe today, and I gotta say I dont know how I did anything physical with out it. I suffer from tendinitis in almost every joint and limb and this stuff is a miracle in a bottle. Its cheaper as well.

Thanks! I'm suffering from achilles tendonitis as well.

Yeah, at first I felt like I just rubbed baby oil on myself and within a minute or 2 it completely absorbed and Im virtually pain free

This is my liniment of choice:

Man I love that stuff. After I had my arm hyper extended I rubbed some of that stuff on at least twice a day and it definitely helped because my arm healed way faster in the week that I used it as opposed to the week before and after.

Haha, I use to use that stuff as a kid. My parents use to get it for... I'm not even sure what for, I guess arthritis and stuff. But I use to use that stuff for whenever I had a cold and couple times for bruises, muscle aches, and insect bites.

It burns so nice, I never knew that's what it was called.

Although, I don't quite consider it a replacement for Tiger Balm.

i like biofreeze best.

I use horse linament and DMSO

The smell from stuff like Tiger Balm could burn your nose off

Namman muay is so expensive....this stuff is 1/3 the price almost :)

I stocked up while I was in Thailand because it was only 45 baht (~$1.50 USD) a bottle. It is super expensive back here in the US, though.

I have yet to find anything that tiger balm actually helps with.

When I get congested, I put some Tiger Balm around the inside of my nostrils and it usually clears me right up.

True, that works if there's still a bit of airflow. I was thinking more about pain, muscle/joint issues etc.
