What kind of diet do you guys follow when training seriously. I am getting back into training mma and I eat like a bodybuilder right now. Lots of protein and good fats and good carbs, 5-6 x a day, with carb cutoff a few hours before bed. I want to keep my mass(I am meathead at heart) and continue to train, so I would like to see some diets. I saw some of the gracie diets and they eat a lot of fruit etc, not a whole lot of protein.
