you can lift all u want and eat all the protein in the world but are you really maximizing your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients you consume?? first off one of the most important factors to getting stonger with better results when weight training is good quality sleep and not overdoing it. when u sleep well your stomach is able to break down proteins better.

another factor is getting enough vegetable fiber in your diet to aid digestion. if you're always on the go or hate raw veggies like me a nutri blender can work wonders. just throw in spinach, some oj, a lil water, berries and blend it up then chug it down. i find that sleeping well and eating quality protiens with drinking the green smoothies is a must if your serious about getting bigger and stronger the natural way without any of that expensive powder crap u get at gnc. just like to throw in my 2 cents for those who are allergic to powder protein or don't like to use them.

That's all great, but its not necessary.
You can get big and strong just as easily with a diet full of "dirty foods" so long as it fits your macros. You can eat "clean" if you want, thats great, but dont be afraid to eat some poptarts. they are tasty.

I agree with this guy, pop tarts are DAMN tasty, lol

I agree. Can't stand raw veggies so I'll juice up some carrots, tomatoes, and an apple for sweetness every morning and just blast it down.
Whey protein powder certainly helps too, or you could eat 50 eggs a day.
