For sure keep these Jiu-Jitsu specialists off of the main card

How does it feel banging a really fat chick? Tried once but my dick said hell no and went limp

Unless you’re well rounded like Jacare, get that shit out of here.

Is there anything more infuriating than watching these fucks begging for the fight to be on the ground? They spent more time on their backs with their legs open than the fat girls I grew up with when they got around the basketball team.
Just Bang Bro.

Jacare fight was boring as heck, and he’s as well rounded as they come. At least Craig was kinda entertaining, watching a guy engage in perhaps the absolute worst fight strategy I’ve wver seen, and still get a draw. Seriously, he should be cut for being that stupid. Not only is Shogun’s jitz probably better than his, but he was looking quite good on the feet. Did he really think he was gonna get a sub on shogun? I mean, come on. All that said, that was a pretty nasty guard. Shogun really didn’t damage him.

What a fucking pathetic joke of a response. Your empty head is so far up your ass that you don’t even get how retarded what you’re saying is.
It's an opinion sweetheart, no need to get your panties in such a bunch. The world is full of people with opinions. I have trained this sport for 8 years and have been watching for 11 years. I am entitled to what I think is an entertaining fight and just because you disagree doesn't mean you have to pout and name call and stomp your little uggs. My niece does the same thing, she's 7. I know the struggle is real with so many emotions overflowing, but she will eventually learn to deal with the fact that the world isn't her safe space.

News flash: it’s mixed martial arts. You can show up and kick and punch, wrestle, go for submissions, etc. You can combine all of these things, or you can do just one.

Actually, you do have to engage on some level. Hence if you "just wrestle" the fight will be quickly stood up. Hence if you just fall to your back and wait for your opponent to join you, the referee will warn you for stalling and threaten to take a point.

There is nothing wrong with specialists, if you can execute it, aka Maia who may be close to a pure grappler but will either take the person down or try to take the person down even when it's out of his ability. If he can't, he is forced to strike. It's not the prettiest thing on earth. I wanted to shoot myself watching him strike with Askren, but that's the sport. Their grappling exchanges had me on the edge of my seat, but their striking was like two retards fight over a peanut. But hey, at least Maia didn't lay down in the octagon exhausted and beg Ben Askren to pretty pretty please jump in his guard.

Just like Maia can force a grappling match with strikers like Lyman Good or Condit, a striker can force a guy to stay standing if he has the skills. I'm not hating on the fact that they are pure Jiu-Jitsu specialists, I'm hating on the fact that these particular guys have about 3 minutes of cardio and when they are unable to get the fight to the ground they refuse to do anything at all.

Want to only train punching and try to only punch? Fuck it, you can do it.

Yes, but you can't demand someone in MMA exclusively boxes with you, that would be stupid. Imagine Poirier circling the octagon, exhausted, begging Khabib to stand with him. Can he do that? Sure, but that's not exactly what anyone pays to watch and that is not a good representation of the highest levels of the sport.

Want to only train Jiu Jitsu and flop on your back and try to get the other guy to join you? You can do that shit to.
The bad news is that if you have problem with any of that, you are not a fan of mixed martial arts. You are a fan of boxer-punching, or submission-kickboxing—or some other thing that is not mixed martial arts.

They could have literally received yellow cards for stalling. We've seen that before. It was that bad. You are falsely equivocating my criticism of their stalling as a criticism of Jiu-Jitsu. The commentators were right. Moraes should have been boo'd out of the octagon and a point could have been taken away for stalling.

Everything I said eluded you. Maia is one of my favorite fighters of all time and he is almost exclusively a BJJ fighter. But there is a difference between taking the fight into the realm you want to compete in, and laying down on your back in full exhaustion begging your opponent to fight you where you have the advantage. Bisping was right, they should have been booing their own guy for that abortion of a performance. Is Bisping not a fan of MMA either?

What you are not a fan of, is mixed martial arts.

So when you say the stupid shit that you’re saying, all you’re doing is confirming my original point.

Literally suck a dick and die in shit hell you useless fuck.

You're 14 years old and can't make a point without insulting people. Congratulations. For whatever it is you're going through, I don't think spewing your virgin venom on a message board will get you very far. Understand that I do disagree with you and that's ok. Like it's literally ok. Take a deep breath.

You're either just trolling or you're a moron.

What the man is telling you that no one like to see them drop on their back like 50 year old, tired of life 5 dollar hookers, when they are unable to get the fight to the ground. He is talking about those 1 dimensional BJJ guys who suck in every other aspect of the game and helplessly fall on their back hoping the other dude will just jump in between their legs. That's embarrassing to watch.
thank god im not going insane. I went to reread my own thread to see if I mistakenly communicated a hate for BJJ. But you seem to get it
