Foods that give you the most gas

I'm eating prunes right now, they will make you have gas, big-time. So will high fiber oatmeal, and "darn good" chili in that green bag. What kind of food gets you guys going??

 

Ice cream. It's brutal!

 

Cauliflour cheese

 

Soy. Anything soy.

 

Some of the biggest burps I ever have are when I eat popcorn and soda. Just after a movie. Biggest farts are the next morning after a night of drinking light beer. So basically Monday mornings during football season.

 

Hummus, I feel my gut inflating like right away after I eat it. That doesn't stop me, but I've had like legit 30 second continuous farts after eating a bunch of hummus.

 

I'm lactose intolerant so for me anything dairy. That and beans.

 

cookies. lots of them.

 

I generally do not pay attention to such things. But definitely certain beers make me musical.

 

Any vegetable.

 

Cabbage but I would say any solid red meat if I could still eat it.

I don't know about most gas, but worst gas is blue cheese. God it makes my farts rancid.
