It doesn't have to be your favorite but something that's synonymous with your location/s.

I'll start first:
Region: West Visayas RP

Chicken+Inasal.jpg

Inasal. Simple grilled chicken marinated in garlic, ginger, vinegar & achiote(annatto seeds).

Oysters. Not really a big fan but they're cheap. A plateful of oysters as shown above would set you back at around .50 USD.

First hamburger was created here .. You can still go to the place that made it . They serve it old school just beef between two pieces of bread and I think a tomatoe and onion .. Also known for some pretty decent pizza

Salmon, crab

Fresh seafood in general

Pizza, bagels, pretzels, cheesecake, pastrami, Italian ice, strip steak etc.

I'm in the region that made sushi popular

McDonald's, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Panda Express, Carl's Jr., El Pollo Loco, In-n-Out and Del Taco.

We made America fat.

Virginia Ham. Very popular and for good reason. It's tasty.
