When Thales was making his walk to the cage he seemed solemn, dark, almost like he was going there to lose. And when he got to fight I was surprised by what I saw, I expected him to be quicker and sharper like a guy with years of MT experience. Kinda didnt look like it to me... Anybody else think he looked weird?
I wonder If Anderson experienced any kind of adrenaline dump after believing he won the fight and then having to keep fighting against a guy who just wasnt going away.
Also did anybody get a strong nationalistic vibe from the judges decisions? Either way, this time the main event lived up to the hype.

Thales just got shut down, it looked like. He had no answer for Mousasi's jab.

The only nationalistic vibe I got was for Pickett, but the reaction of the crowd was so intense, I just didn't care. I don't think it was a robbery, but I thought Rivera took it.

I thought Silva/Bisping was scored correctly, and I didn't get any feeling of bias from the judges, only from Silva fans who can't accept that Bisping beat their idol.

It was a good fight, the decision was irrelevant, neither guy is going anywhere at this point in their career. Bisping won the decision, but got clowned for most of the fight, and looked like someone put him through a woodchipper. Anderson doesn't give a shit anymore, he was trolling more than he was fighting. Neither guy has anything for guys like Romero, Luke, or Weidman at this point.

And ya, Leites had nothing for Mousasi, I expected him to at least put up more of a fight.

K-Taro, Rivera, and Anderson all got robbed blind by the biased judging. The commentary was just as biased. This is why UFC doesn't do big shows in UK you guys can't even score a fight properly. Bisping, Pickett, and Breese all got gifted hometown decisions

I really think you need to learn the difference between a close fight and an actual robbery. The only decision that came close to robbery was the Rivera fight. Bisping and Breese won quite clearly.

I can't comment on the commentary because I haven't seen the FP broadcast, yet, but it has no bearing on how fights are scored, regardless.

Like i tried to educate so many sherdoggers (really, look at my posts before Saturday), Leites fought Bisping tooth and nail to an ever so close split decision loss. The opening and closing betting line was both -140,+120 on the comeback. The amount of sherdoggers seeing Thales at +320 versus Gegard, thought Leites was such a great bet....

Las Vegas doesnt hand out money for free and they were enticing u to bet Thales. In reality, they opening up Mousasi as a -350 favorite were telling u that the U.Hall fight was a fluke(the opening 8 seconds of second round) and that Gegard Mousasi was the superior fighter over Thales Leites.

They were robberies bro and the commentary definitely played a factor in the judging it was horrendously biased by Dan Hardy and that British fgt. The judges have monitors with audio you know? A British ref even stopped Vera while he was rolling for a sub just because he grabbed Davey's glove and let Grant out of the leg lock. That happened like 3 times and he was trying to take a point. Just wish I knew how bad UK officiating is when I made my $100 parlay :(

Really? The judges are allowed commentary? I'll need a second opinion on that. If they are, that's stupid. Were the judges purely English, or a mixture of international and local?

I must say, though, Marc Goddard's reffing was on-point. Vera was warned for multiple offences throughout the fight, and he had a point taken as a result. Can't really take issue with that.

Didnt Vera try an face-upkick at the end of a rd (2?), but didnt quite manage to commit a foul?

The Moose is great. Bisping Silva was great!
