Flucytosine for Ringworm , 1 pill and your done .

I went to my PCP with a pretty bad case of ring worm (6 places on my right arm ). He wrote me script for Flucytosine . One and done is what he said , it took about four or five days for it to go away(he told me to keep putting Lamisil on it as well ) . Just thought I would share this info just in case some of you need it.

I think that med does damage to your liver so they don't give it out easily. I could be wrong though.

Yeah , If you have kidney problems they won't give to you . It's used mainly for fighting off Fungal infections in the blood . But one dose is enough for the worm .

jeez 6 ringworms on the same arm? how did that happen?

It spread like wild fire , it did the same on a couple people . I did what I was supposed to do , stop rolling , change towels everyday , etc , etc . I posted about the pill just in case some people get bad like I did .
