Floyd Want UFC Fighters on The Money Team

This would be great for the fighters and the sport..anything that challenges the hegemony White has over the fighters would be good.
 
Huh, I wonder what he thinks of kickboxing. He's been to a few Glory events and (paid to) enjoyed them as he spoke to interviewers. Kickboxing is in more of a shithole than MMA and its obvious that Glory isn't doing well.
 
It would be great in theory but Zuffa have the fighters on air tight contracts and like things just the way they are, paying the combatants less than 10% of the take.
The promotion is the star and the Fertittas need their pockets lined.
 
The UFC is miles and miles ahead of any other MMA promotion right now, plus all the very best fighters in every weight division is locked up by the UFC. The only fighters that a Mayweather would get are fighters that end up getting cut by the UFC because they couldn't hack it.

As much as I'd like to see a rival MMA promotion, like Pride back in the day, its just not going to happen any time soon. Trust me, Dana is not losing any sleep over this whatsoever, if anything I'd be willing to bet that Dana is hoping Floyd does try to get into MMA just so Dana can laugh and watch him lose his money.

LOL at Jones and Ronda signing with the Money Team within the next year....I'd happily take that bet.

Agree, probably never hear another word about this.

It is amusing to me in how you can really tell what a bubble floyd lives in surrounded by yes men from that article.
 
In order for MMA to get real money it needs to get real numbers first
