Floyd responds to Conor ... and Conor replies lol **updated**

Floyd is saved by the ruleset. If they fought even under London Prizefighing Rules or Jack Broughton's 7 Rules of Prizefighing, Conor would have kill him. No MMA needed.
“NotoriousMillions likes this”

their "real fight" narrative is only invoked when it works in Conor's favor. Funny how that works, huh.

Conor would be a mediocre "real" fighter among UFC fighters. In a "real" fight, Brendan Schaub would kick his ass in 30 seconds. In a real fight, Artemij Sitenkov would have put Conor in a wheel chair for life years ago.

Does Floyds bodyguards jumping Conor = Floyd kicked Conors ass? Because outside of a boxing ring Mighty Mouse would wreck Floyd and it wouldn't even be remotely competitive.

It includes the reality of Conor trying to fight Floyd in a "street fight." Conor unconscious and Floyd determining if he lives or dies.

Which is fine. Floyd is a great boxer but thats all he is.

Good thing Conor is a world class mixed martial artist and Floyd is a world class Boxer and neither are fucking street fighting bums.

Fuck off! You are by far the worst stupidest person on Sherdog

Yeah, in real life Conor getting curbstomped outside is “all that he is”. It’s a weird line of thinking MMA fans seem to go to when it’s pointed out that their hero ain’t shit in the real world

If Conor fans wanna talk about "street fighting" and "real" fighting (which is bullshit. They are not real fighters, they are athletes) then Conor is not even a good "real" fighter. He is saved by the weightclasses and rules
Please clarify the difference between "real fighters" and "athletes" then Einstein. Are all fighters in the UFC only athletes and not a real fighter? I have respect for anyone that steps in the cage.

Every fighter is saved by weight classes and rules. A fight is a fight. Respect to all that get in there.

How do you Conor fans think he would fare in prison as Brett Rogers' cellmate?

Conor would kill Floyd in a street fight

It’s insane how one of the best mma fighters of all time went into boxing and gave the best boxer of all time a good fight. Really shows how amazing and special Conor is. Truly a once in a life time athlete.

Delirious much? A guy like Ferguson would wipe out Floyd in a street fight sure. He would shoot , take him down and choke him out.

Conor is a striker and we already saw what happened when he stood and struck with Floyd.

No gloves to protect Conor in this scenario

What the fuck are you talking about? Its not disrespectful to say mixed martial ARTISTS are not "real" fighters (in the way Conor fans mean it). They compete in a SPORT. They are not some low class street fighters. MMA fans are obsessed with who wins street fights. WHo cares. They are not street fighters. Leave that shit to the DADA 5000s of the world

Brett Rogers would kill Conor in a real fight in the streets. Brett Rogers>>>>>Conor

Only because he knows who Floyd is. If Ferguson didn't know Floyd, he would start a street fight by throwing hands, like almost every MMA fighter would

Not necessarily. Ferguson likes to fight on the ground. Lots of streetfights start with one guy bullrushing the other with it ending up on the ground

Been there a few times myself , being on the bottom on pavement always sucks

It's strange how millions of people saw that fight but a fraction know what actually happened. I've been boxing for 20 years now, and I come from a boxing family and we observed the same thing:

Floyd went into the bout thinking he was easily going to carry Conor--> Conor brings it to Floyd--> Floyd adjusts his strategy to gas Conor--> Conor punches himself out by the 7th round--> Floyd adjusts his strategy again to carry Conor for 3 more rounds-->TKO 10th

Conor has great boxing offense, period. His straight left is just as good as any world class boxer and he has power for days at his weight. But also simply put he knows how to throw a good punch and believe it or not that's kind of rare in MMA. However boxing is so much more than knowing how to throw a good punch. Floyd for sure underestimated Conor's ability to throw a good punch or better yet land one but like a world champion of his sport he used his entire skillset to completely outclass Conor where he is basically a novice by comparison.

I like Conor but Conor should be happy Floyd made him rich as fuck. He should be thanking him.

Conor has no clue how to throw a power punch without throwing his weight into it. Thats why his punches were so weak VS Floyd. He didn't throw power punches because he would get countered bad because his technique is so poor. For you to say Conors straight left is just as good as any world class boxer is fucking ridiculous. He has no clue how to sit down on his punch. Its great for MMA, terrible in Boxing

You never Boxed and were a casual fan at best

All these Conor fanboys with "woulda coulda shoulda"

McGregor accomplished what he came to do. Make loads of money.

He signed the contract and agreed to the rules. Now he's going on about it not being a "real fight". It's just posturing

Man these nut huggers are fired up

(I’m also a huge Conor fan lol)
