Yes. Conor is actually an excellent boxer, even by pro boxing standards. Conor was also quite a bit bigger than Mayweather and a high-level athlete in his prime. This Uchiyama guy is a can. He's terrible with his range and won't move his head in the pocket. The easiest kind of opponent for Mayweather. He's going to get obliterated.
Nevermind pro boxing standards, McGregor wouldn't be considered an excellent boxer by Olympic amateur boxing standards nor would he be able to stand out at the Worlds assuming he could even qualify to make the team. Judging him purely as a boxer his style is that of a limited back foot counterpuncher and there's not much more in his boxing game's toolbox.

Since you mentioned that sparring session with Paulie, when Paulie left McGregor's camp Lomachenko publicly offered to step in and give him work yet he wasn't interested in the slightest despite claiming he's a fan. He also received sparring offers from other P4P rated boxers like Terence Crawford and for whatever reason again he wasn't interested.
