So, who isn't a Golden Boy fighter that he can fight?

Could this mean anything for the Showtime-Golden Boy relationship?

Yeah, that became complex in a hurry for GB. First Schaefer, now Floyd.

Yes another "credible reason" to not make the most profitable and biggest fight in boxing in the last 20 years.

It's really not though. Money May with Haymon and Schaefer are joining forces together. This is a plan not random.

Changes nothing for Mayweather's shows other than the backdrop.

Golden Boy on the other hand... Without Al Haymon fighters, they go from being far and away the biggest promotion, to smaller than Top Rank, Matchroom, and Sauerland.

Oscar needs to sure up Canelo. He is the cash cow and if he keeps him he can still make big fights.

Still got Canelo, Mares, and a few others. However yes they are taking a big hit and that's Schaffers fault for pulling some bullshit.

As the CEO of Goldenboy, he should of never let them fight under their banner unless under contract.

He pulled shady shit with Haymon. When the grass is cut, the snakes are shown.

My personal opinion with many other pundits info, he resigned to avoid being "fired" by Oscar. The fact he did it days before Oscars introduction into the HOF is also shady.

How is it Oscar's fault when you think your good friend of over 10 years is taking care of your business when your dealing with personal issues but instead pulling side deals. That's shady shit and no other way around it. The "CEO" of your company should always have the best interest in the companies favor, not the other way around.

We might be seeing a new Golden Boy in Mayweather promotions on showtime.

Looks like Haymon has all the names. Floyd is getting close to retirement.

    Oscar will fade into bolivian.

i think the writing was on the wall, schaefer did all the hard work while hoya did what he was doing

all these side deals were a benefit to all those boxers
