Here's a link to a documentary that's been getting buzz online for how crazy -- and how poignant -- it is. It's basically the filmmakers walking around interviewing random, drunk Florida men.

Going to watch it during my workout. I watched the first few minutes with the old west sheriff-looking dude who talked about how much he liked punching people and I was sold.
 
That state gets shit on so often.

I'm in.
 
Sounds like it could be an Oscar for Best Documentary contender. Count me in.

My parents own a house in Kissimmee (just outside Orlando). I have always liked Florida the few times I have visited - don't think I could ever live there though.

Between the heat and cheap fast food, I would die of a heart attack walking to my car.

The documentary was pretty interesting though - seems like a bunch of decent guys who just made some bad decisions (substance abuse etc).

P.S: There are some gold one liners in there:

"It doesn't matter if they need help, you get up there and you help them"

That one dude's arm curl had a lot of upper body movement, but he looked pretty ripped so I guess he knows what he's talking about. we need to get him a keyboard.
