If someone is hooked on soda, or diet soda, then I guess drinking that stuff is a step up.


Frankly, I think it's crap.



If you need your water flavored .... cause sometimes it's nice...

add a little fresh lemon wedge to your glass.

i love powerade. i sweat alot at work so it helps replenish my electrolytes
