Now anytime I add music to a new device I always start with this based off tradition.

I was a 80's/90's kid too. (Was born in 1980) The Chronic and Dookie were a staple in every kids CD collection when I was in high school.

First album i bought was a Michael Jackson album of some sort. I used to like him when i was a kid and he probably liked me when i was a kid lol

Not sure of the exact order, but it would be two from The Final Countdown by Europe, Make It Big by Wham, and the Rocky 4 soundtrack...

I believe the first cassette tape I ever owned was Queensryche's Empire, which was a birthday gift from a friend. I had never even heard of Queensryche before I received the album.

The first CD's I ever owned were Iron Maiden's Fear of the Dark and Def Leppard's Adrenalize, both of which were Christmas gifts from my parents.

The first vinyl I ever owned was Warzone's Live at CBGB's

Quik Is The Name

I wanna say both were on cassette, I know for certain that Quik was on cassette.

I remember getting my first boom box from my folks for Christmas. My aunt's gift was taking me to rolling Stone records to pick out my first 2 CDs.

The Simpsons Sing The Blues and Skid Row's first album were my first two.

Don't know wtf I was thinking with that first one
