I am competing in my first Bjj Tourny in 2 and a half weeks and wanted some advice for my conditioning, right now I am doing this.

2 Days a week.

1 Hour Techniques
30 Min Cardio
1 Hour Techniques
20-30 min Sparring 4-5 six minute rounds

2-3 days a week

1 Hour Techniques
30 Min hard Cardio
45 Min Gaurd passing "sparring"
30 Min Sparring 4-5 six minute rounds

Pretty much 3 hours a day.

I want to start doing sprints at least 1-2 times a week, but I have shin splints...

Anyone have any tips, I dont wanna gas during my fights.

What is your "cardio" and "hard cardio"? Gotta be a bit more specific, although it's good to see you're sparring lots - but 4-5 times a week? Be careful you don't burnout and make sure wind down towards the tourney.

Sprint routines are pretty quick and effective, 10 x 50m sprints with an active rest jog back to the starting line only lasts, ehh, maybe 8-10 minutes, but it's very intense and very worthwhile.

Good luck

Should have been more specific, cardio is just like a regular warm up,jogging, push ups, situps, jumping jacks, rolls, these weird kick things that look like break dancing....

Hard cardio is carrying people back and forth across the gym, doing bear crawls with people on your back, running as hard as you can with someone leaning back and holding your belt, plus more and the stuff above.

Its hard to describe..

You think sparring 4-5 times a week is alot? I train about 10-15 hours a week and rest for two days. Anywhere from 3-5 days of training for 2-3 hours a night.

I had problems with shin splints last year and i would get them taped up. im sure you could find out how to tape them up so they wont hurt

Weighed in at 182.5 this morning after breakfast, and 181 after my 1 hour private, I will ,make weight easy, though I am looking rather depleted from the sesathin.
