I am competing in my first Bjj Tourny in 2 and a half weeks and wanted some advice for my conditioning, right now I am doing this. 2 Days a week. 1 Hour Techniques 30 Min Cardio 1 Hour Techniques 20-30 min Sparring 4-5 six minute rounds 2-3 days a week 1 Hour Techniques 30 Min hard Cardio 45 Min Gaurd passing "sparring" 30 Min Sparring 4-5 six minute rounds Pretty much 3 hours a day. I want to start doing sprints at least 1-2 times a week, but I have shin splints... Anyone have any tips, I dont wanna gas during my fights.
