So I've been training about 4 months and have my first tournament on nov 13 I train almost exclusively in a gi just b/c my work and school schedule only allow me to make it to the gi classes should I sign up for the gi and no gi divisions? Or just stick with gi? Also at my gym we have not trained take downs and I was lookin for advice on what I should when on my feet, pull guard? Look for a single or double leg takedown? Thanks in advance for the advice.
