25th Of this month I have my first kickboxing fight after 3 years out due to injuries, I've only had one fight.

As you can imagine the nerves are there but aren't as bad as I thought, I'm having more feelings of doubt here and there because I fear failure and think about 'What Ifs' rather than the present.
I know I'm ready however my head which I'm in control of brings doubts. If anyone could share similar thoughts and how they deal with it I'd appreciate advice to know I'm not the only one.

Oddly enough in my first fight my opponent never kicked my legs so that's something on my mind, if a kick lands to the legs do you even feel it in the fight? Or is it like everything else and only feel it after?

do not plant a single negative seed in your mind and do not let anyone else do it either. Positive thoughts, positive actions, positive results. you can your going to you will you have you did

what if he elbows you? dont think like this. think what if you to him. a man worried about getting hit will get hit.

you will feel the leg kicks after if your fighting without pads and he lands multiple leg kicks. otherwise you wont shit.

get in there, fight, and win or loose, fight again.

Thank you, That's the sort of stuff that makes me stop and think about the fight and smile because I know I've done the hard work. I just have to do what I know and what I've been taught.

good i am glad to hear, also glad to hear what you said about knowing you have done the hard work.

if you trained/prepared your best for this fight, 100 percent, thats all that me you or anyone else can do. Traing your best, give it your best, and do your best. and if you gave it 100 percent, you will win, and if not its ok. as long as you did your best, thats all that matters. and i hear confidence in you, as you have done the hard work, continue to build and work on that confidence my friend
