Yeah, I was sprinting a little slow because I have 2 swollen ankles, for 3 days, it was the worst when I ran, I haven't looked at my foot until now and it's pretty bad, that could be the reason why I've been sprinting so lousy. I also pinned 2 people today, both with the half nelson
