you cant tell if someone is a "bum" just from a 0-0 record. gsp, anderson silva, jon jones all started out 0-0. you need to add the names of the fighters they fought to add some more weight to your argument.

Yes and no. Anyone with a 0-0 record is simply inexperienced. Yes this might be a future Spider or GSP but they are still 0-0. There are plenty world beaters who started out very one-dimensional and lost a couple times until they improved their game and gained experience. Bas Rutten for example.

Bottom line: MOST 0-0 guys are not hard opponents.
