Russia isn't third world and doesn't have a virtual civil war raging.
It is as much as Mexico is, and it did have a civil war raging for what 20 years in chechnya.
Average Ruski has a worse life then an average Mexi.

Do you have any idea how huge Russia is? A small scale war in Chechnya in no way effects Russians elsewhere. Barring the odd terrorist attack, the conflict was totally confined to Chechnya/Dagestan. The conflict in Mexico however is taking place throughout Mexico.
- Sanna Marin, the 34-year-old prime minister of Finland, said her country and other Nordic nations were actually the best equipped to provide citizens with a chance to achieve the American dream: the idea that everyone should be given the opportunity to reach their goals and ambitions.
- "I feel that the American dream can be achieved best in the Nordic countries, where every child no matter their background or the background of their families can become anything," she told The Washington Post last month.
- Marin's comments seemed to suggest a tacit endorsement of Sen. Bernie Sanders, one of the frontrunners to secure the Democratic nomination in the 2020 presidential election.
Sanna Marin, the millennial prime minister of Finland, said her country and other Nordic nations were best equipped to provide their citizens a chance to achieve the American dream.
- Sanders has long advocated Nordic-style socialism in the US, saying in 2008 that Finland has "one of the best economic and social models in the world."
She told The Washington Post's Ishaan Tharoor at Davos, Switzerland, in January: "I feel that the American dream can be achieved best in the Nordic countries, where every child no matter their background or the background of their families can become anything."
The American dream is, at its most basic level, the idea that everyone should be given the opportunity to reach their life's goals and ambitions.
Finland can provide the American dream because of its public services, Marin said.
"We have a very good education system," she said. "We have a good healthcare and social-welfare system that allows anybody to become anything. This is probably one of the reasons why Finland gets ranked the happiest country in the world."

I tought that the American dream also had something to do with hard-work, ingenuity and ambition. Well I guess I was wrong then, apparently letting the government steal your money, brainwash your kids to become feminazis and beta-cucks and let hordes of rapists and murders in the country is a better version of the American dream.
all the same Russia is still a bigger shithole then Mexico
and they have as much a reason to hope a border to a far better nation as do Mexis to murica.
No chance.
False.
I'm not surprised Muricans haven't a clue what a truly backward broken shithole russia really is.
I'm not American and your view of Russia is comical.
What is the American dream exactly?
To be disadvantaged if you're poor and get sick; as well as being scared of being shot in public.
Its factual reality.
Ruskis have lower life expectancy
higher alcoholism higher drug use
higher unemployment triple the hiv/aids rate
5 times higher suicide rate
then Mexicans.
its a shithole.
Russians probably have a lot of reasons to move elsewhere, but they don't seem to be doing so in significant numbers. Their "patriotism" and national identity is more tied to the land that they live in, rather than just the culture. The idea of a Russian continuing to be a Russian in, let's say, Sweden, is harder to digest than the idea of Mexicans continuing to be Mexicans in the United States.
The younger generations might start spreading out a bit further from Russia, I guess it remains to be seen.
Russia and Finland still have a "hard border" between them whereas the EU basically has open borders.
Nobody in Finland really thinks about Russia as a major factor in immigration. The concerns are more about EU screwing up and admitting more "refugees" in mass numbers from random places. Sweden is also starting to develop into a slight concern, because of how lax they are with vetting their immigrants.

think russians are still number 3 immigrant group after estonians
You are right, old gen is hardcore Ruskis. But the young ones want to get the fuck out about half do according to polls and their reliability.
They are, but the last significant movements occurred after the collapse of the Soviet Union. From what I understand, a lot of the Russians were Finno-Ugrics who moved out.
Immigration from that region is steady and obviously nothing like Mexico-United States, and probably never will be (unless things get really bad in Russia).
The post-Putin era is going to be interesting.
This is true, but Finland might be too close for comfort to some of the younger people, who just want to get as far away from Russia as they can.
While Finland has higher living standards, the "culture" isn't that dissimilar to Russia, compared to, let's say, United States. You could actually say that this country is less sociable. The lack of a social life, as well as bad weather, has led to a lot of recent refugees electing to go back to where they came from. People choose an active war-zone over a country with social benefits and high living standards.
As much as the politicians try to push diversity and open-mindedness, I just don't think that our genetics are compatible with that kind of behaviour. Just leads to unnecessary stress, anxiety and mental disorders. We've travelled about as far as we can travel on that road. Don't want to introduce too many variables to an ultimately simple people.
Are you talking about Sweden? One of these countries literally borders a Third World country with one of the highest homicide rates in the world that is turning into a failed state and the other does not.
She used to work as a cashier in a store and her parents were poor, then she went and got herself education and participated in politics.Ah the old American dream of collecting a salary for sitting at home on your ass doing nothing?
I know that's the leftist dream, since that seems to what all of their complaints seem to revolve around, but the American dream is rags to riches.
