So after 3 years of just looking around and never posting anything, I finally got the courage to do so. So first off Thanks, to everyone here. I've gone thru alot of crazy stuff, ever since I joined back in '09 And you guys have helped me so much thru out the years Back in 2010 I lost my one and only friend (Dad), and for awhile I was out of it. Why are people always trying to get people to post this kind of shit in the OT? I've been to the OT, and they would have just verbally abused him. Blatant flame bait. But it's okay, because flaming is allowed in the OT.
I always wondered about these kind of guys and what makes them tick. They read the forums all the time but never contribute. Like you got a thread with 10 active users viewing and like 100 guests. Who are these people and how can they resist not logging in and talking shit to some idiot?
Hell yeah man, I know that feel. Been coming here on/off since like 05, but never got around to creating an account. But about 3 or so months ago, stuck inside, putting up with the MA winter, detoxing off heroin, I figured "why not, it'll give me something to do." Turned out to be such a great decision. I've met so many awesome friends on here. Shit, I met someone that was also at a show I went to about 10 years ago - was my very first concert. How crazy is that?!

I used to be a lurker. I wouldn't spend a lot of time in front of my computer so I would just check once a day to see what was new. By the time I checked out a thread it was often pretty well done. Since I got my iPad I contribute much more. I can keep up with a thread while doing other things. I just started to go outside of the heavies recently.
