Final rounds Marco Huck vs Rossi

KTFO. Huck could have finished this fight much earlier but he was too cautious for some reason.

Wow Huck ko's another bum, great. It should be noted that this was Rossi's first fight outside of Argentina. I really don't like this guy at all (Huck).

While Rossi was clearly overmatched the fact that Huck demolished him after the bell meant that the ending itself was pretty meaningless... Rossi was already gone.

On the undercard Pulev racked up a pretty lackluster win over Travis "Freight Train" Walker. Walker's a long way from the dangerous (if vulnerable) prospect he looked a few years ago and looks content to fit in the role of gatekeeper/journeyman for good HW's while beating just enough scrubs to keep his record ticking over. He was clearly exhausted about midway through the fight and it should actually be taken as a poor sign for Pulev that he couldn't finish a man who looked like he was struggling to stand. Perhaps he just wanted to make sure he could go 12 rounds... but 6 stoppages in 14 wins isn't particularly great for a prospect.

I didn't watch the fight and you may well be right about him not being able to stop Walker not looking good, based on Walker's apparent condition. Having said that, however, two things must be taken into account. One is that you simply can't be at your peak for every fight when you're fighting as often as Pulev has been. The other point is that Pulev has one of the most impressive resumes for a 14-fight pro that you're ever gonna see so I don't think that the "6 stoppages in 14 wins isn't particularly great for a prospect," comment is appropriate considering that he isn't fighting the bums that most "prospects" fight at this stage of their careers, and may well have had a KO ratio close to 100% if he had been.
