Film about Jose Aldo being released - Pic of actor AS Jose "Scareface" Aldo

Some more images. Looks like Loreto is pretty athletic and involved in the role. Try getting an actor to pull off the Jose Aldo back flip celebration at the expense of his foot!

First day of filming the actor pulls out due to injury.

Who watches this crap anyway? I never understood the appeal of movies based on real life sport athletes. It doesnt make any sense to me. Why watch some shitty actor playing an athlete when you can watch the real thing?

You didn't like Raging Bull????? What about Ali? (This director is no Scorsese though lol)

What's this movie about? I mean I know it's about Jose Aldo but what's so interesting about his life that they're making a movie about it? Pretty awesome either way.

Rising from complete poverty in the amazon to UFC champion sounds like a story to me.

You can watch the real Aldo fighting. The movie is to show you how his life was.

OK, the fact that he got injured is kinda funny considering he is playing Aldo

You mean the rise from poverty to success story? Yea, that's never been done before. Also, just reading his bio would cost you 5 minutes and you would probably know more about his life than watching a 90min long crappy movie.

I watched a part of Raging Bull but had to turn it off because it was too horrible. I Havent seen Ali and probably never will. I have ,however, watched a number of documentaries on Muhammed Ali which were all great and interesting. I dont care two shits about some fictional story starring Will Smith playing Muhammed Ali

He may have been MORE poor than others, but people showing up at gyms willing to work for lessons happens everywhere. It's not like some super crazy event happened because he was poor. In a movie they are going to show that he was poor and went and helped work at the gym for lessons driving home the point anymore than that gets redundant and boring for an audience.

One of the most influential films of all time was about a guy who lost his bicycle and how he tried to get it back. And oh by the way, it's poorer.

I wonder if they're gonna show when he runs away from the random drug test

So I take that you only watch Sharknado type movies?

I hate when biographical movies are made about people who are still alive.

I fucking hate it.
