Fights where one fighter clearly fought for just a paycheck?

In my opinion here are some fights where I think this was the case, not necessarily the reason why they lost.

Lesnar vs Overeem was the one that stood out the most to me. It appeared that Lesnar was clearly in it to just cash out. IMO, he didnt have that same "fire" that he used to have.

Silva vs Weidman 2 appeared that way as well. Silva went from saying "im done with title fights" till Dana begged him over and over again to take the rematch.

Rampage vs Glover was clear to me cus Rampage wanted out of the UFC by then.

GSP vs Diaz-I think Diaz didn't give a shit and just wanted that money. He knew he was gonna lose.

Jones vs Sonnen-this one was obvious too. Sonnen 100% knew he was gonna lose and even said "idk how i will beat this guy"

I agree on Diaz GSP.

Jason "The Athlete" MacDonald vs Tom Lawlor.
Jason gave up after the punch and retired, all that in 50 seconds.

Herman gives me the impression he just does it for a paycheck. Could be wrong

I think Diaz truly wanted the title, he just knew he was outclassed and finally fighting a wrestler

Sapp is the epitome of fighting for paychecks, hell he openly admits it.

Every Diaz fight.

I bet Coleman got a juicy check after the takada loss.

Scott Smith after the Cung Le fight. Got resigned with a huge contract and no cut clause, showed up fat and lazy for every fight after.

I'm not hatin'. Heck, I would've taken that fight for that amount of $$$$:icon_lol:

it was probably the easiest money he's ever made in his life.

he didn't even have to get knocked out just tapped in like a minute and collected a stupid amount of money for running his mouth.

Yeah I agree his body language to me made me feel like he didn't want to be in the cage.

Rampage just fights for a paycheck. He claims he always just fought for a paycheck but it's become more apparent since he did the A-Team movie.
