Squat 230x5 230x5 230x3 I was very disappointed in my squat. I am not sure what it was, but I felt weak squatting today. I do have a cold, and have been eating clean so that may have something to do with it(less calories). Also the clasps at the gym suck. Will hit the gym on Thursday and attempt 230 for 3x5. Standing overhead press 115x5 115x5 115x5 Power clean 115x3 115x3 115x3 115x3 115x3 Have not been to bjj since December 5th 2012. Am missing it and am under the weather will go soon. Can't wait to post it in this journal.
