I'm really conflicted on this. I've been battling one hell of a foe for the past 6 days. Its starting to let up but I still feel pretty damn shit. What I'm curious about is what would help my body bounce back quicker, feasting or fasting.
Eating slows your body down because it has to utilize precious energy to digest the food. While fasting that energy can better be used kicking the shit out of the virus. Fasting also makes your body go into survival mode and just work better, if you balance it right. What do you guys think?
