well im concerned about this one.
whats is supossed to be best lowering LDL serum cholesterol, running for long or medium distance , or sprinting , where your heart is at its maxium capacity ? anyone knows ?
 
Thanks for the article Wolverine. I'm going to need to read it more carefully later. So the comment about glucose was made. Does this mean its bad to mix dextrose and maltrodextrin in the PWO shakes?

Yeah, it looks like it should. But I think the real problem is people who eat diets chronically high in sugar. If you just get your sugar PWO, I wouldn't expect you to suffer these problems. But then, I'm not a doctor.
 
thanks for the article , but i didnt understand clearly what causes inflamation in the blood vessels?

also , anyone has another article ? maybe with studies related with excercise ?
