They should cut any man who refuses to fight at Lightweight or above. Cut all the women since nobody needs to see women getting kicked in the stomach or punched in the face. It's a man's sport. Women have their place as the ring girls but fighting is unladlylike and sets a bad example as well as leading to the masculinization of women.

I really don't want to see Bader or Davis back. Both are extremely boring and just kill of exciting contenders at LHW. And they can't beat the top 3 or 4 guys. Rory on the other hand is a different story. I've always kind of thought it was dumb to let Mitrione go as well. As for Larkin & Perez they haven't signed anywhere else, so my guess is they're still negotiating with the UFC.

And op saying Gastelum is a mediocre fighter is just plain naive. Gastelum is a badass and could honestly be a potential contender at 185. If there was a 178 weight class Gastelum would probably be the king of it. I'm not even a huge fan of his, but I do enjoy watching him fight, and there is absolutely no denying he's good.

The UFC needs to resign Daley, Rory, and Shields at some point. The WW division needs contenders imo. Maia/Masvidal is all that would make sense right now as in contenders for the belt. Hopefully GSP comes back after Bisping.
