Sometimes, a fighter is so good that they make other top fighters look bad, which makes people think that said fighter is fighting bums. What fighters would you say were too good for their own good?

Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Roy Jones Jr.
Pernell Whitaker

Joe Louis, Prince Nassem, Mike Tyson, Golovkin.

No, contenders like Macklin and Geale were no all time greats, but compare how much trouble someone like Felix Sturm had with them to getting completely smashed by Golovkin.
Same thing with Lujuan Simon... Goes the distance with Arthur Abraham, gets clocked in the 1st by Golovkin.

Naz did fight bums.
Kelley and Sanchez are his best wins

Then prime GGG cant even beat young Canelo the way Bivol embarassed him.

Hell prime GGG arguably LOST to Jacobs and Dervenchenko.

Yeah GGG was too good alright XD XD XD

"fans" like you are why I'm dying for GGG3. Cant wait for Canelo to make Kazakh take a knee

Oh you again... I've already been warned by @zapataxiv not to respond to you. Think I'll follow that advise.

When do you think GGG and Canelo were in their respective primes?

If it all were that bad, people wouldn't remember and talk about him 20 years post his retirement.
They would just for his devastating power, unorthodox style, and flamboyant ring entrances.

That's very vague... All former boxers are being watched because of their "style"... It's not like boxers ever went to the ring and cut a promo like Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Nobody though rewatches Wladimir Klitschko vs. Ibragimov, Wladimir Klitschko vs. Povetkin or Wladimir Klitschko vs. Fury... God-awful champioship fights.
But people still go on YouTube and look up old fights from Prince Naseem... TILL THIS DAY!

Everyone fights bums. Naz may have fought a disproportionate amount, I dunno.
I don't think it's so much them being cans but more the bigger names being past their prime or making him look more vulnerable. It was life and death against Kelley and Barrera basically took him to school.
