The ones that completely drained themselves trying to hit the weight will probably lose. But the ones that stop the cut early and come in like 5 lbs heavier I'm sure are way more likely to win.
 
If it were a coin flip then statistical uncertainty is bigger than 4% for that sample size.
 
So basically a crapshoot in those cases.
 
Funny because I've seen people suggest the consequences for missing weight aren't enough to deter the easy path to victory, but it's basically a coin flip.
