DC just decided to go straight into the heavyweight division. Bisping jumped in to fight the champ. Nate the same. Conor for jumping up in weight to challenge. Silva for the DC fight among a few others. Forrest would have but never got the chance. Fedor lived by this rule. Hendo had no prob fighting anyone. BJ of course.

I think old man Silva jumping in to fight DC was the wildest.

Randy coming out of retirement to fight Big Tim took some serious guts.

Or, maybe they just did it for the money? The narrative is whatever people want to make it, to suit their personal agenda.

fallon fox did exactly the opposite of this 'manning up' thing.

Well, in all honesty, I think if you are the kind of person that can be an MMA fighter, the money is never the whole deal. You think Silva needed money when he went out and decided to fight DC? Fuck no. He did it to see if he could hang and maybe get a lucky ko. It was a moral victory for him. Just look at how he acted after the fight.

Conor only fought at 170 to avoid losing his 145 belt - sherdoggers

Conor has some balls. He ran into a mack truck. But don't take away his ambition. And maybe he can still go on that run. Nate is no fucking joke. He beat up Cowboy.

cm punk winning the ufc belt

Uriah breaking both hands and staying in the fight for what? 4 rounds? Manned up big time
