I was thinking recently it seems quite often that a good fighter who has generally been dominant and beaten many will eventually find a "nemesis" (sorry couldn't think of better word)
Their "match" who somehow has got their game.
Some examples,
sakuraba for the Gracie's
Pettis for benson
Cain for jds
Weidman for Anderson
Please give more examples and give me your theory why this phenomenon happens, cos it's not like the "nemesis" does a one off like when gsp got knocked out by serra.
The nemesis only counts if he has beaten a dominant fighter more than once
