Fighter ratings

ive seen on the fight finder, there are some fighters with rankings, worldrankings

my question is, is every one gonna get a world rating on there fight finder page??

and if not, why only a few unknown to me fighters get one?

I saw one today on Sherks page and wondered what it was, and why there wasn't one on say Fedors page (probably inactivity). I was going to make the same thread as I would also like to know.
