Fighter Pissed He's On Fight Pass

MMA Meltdown just now had an interview of James Krause. He and the host were pissed he's on Fight Pass.

He's 21-6, fought Masvidal and Bobby Green; overall, 2-2 in his UFC fights.

The prelims has Roman Salazar (one UFC fight, loss) vs. Norifumi Yamamoto (0-3 in his last three fights).

Should fans decide who is on main cards, prelims, and fight pass?

The UFC will distribute the fights in the way that they think sells the best. Letting fans decide anything fucks it up. We're mostly pretty stupid.

If I had to pick between watching James Krause fighting a random and Kid Yamamoto fighting a random, I'd pick Kid. Krause is an exciting fighter and I have nothing against him but that's just how the cookie crumbled this time.

And as far as the poll goes, I'm indifferent. I think card order should have more to do with accomplishments and respect but at the end of the day, you have the chance to watch all of the fights anyway so does the order truly matter from a fan's perspective? For the fighter it could change their sponsorship pay so there's that I suppose.

In Kid's prime, before he broke his elbow and then shat on his career, lots of people, if not most, thought he would whoop Faber when Faber was ruling WEC and was thought to be one of the best p4p fighters in the world by many.

Oh man, Derrick Lewis vs Ruan Potts will be something to watch. Poor Potts. Krause is a great fighter, but I understand why they put Kid on the main card. That Dhiego Lima/Tim Means fight is gonna be freakin awesome too.
