for example since there is USADA and anti PED policies, many fights got turned into NC, but it should say what was the original result of the fight and the fighter´s infraction or PED detected;
also, a lot of height and weight profiles are either wrong or outdated, just wanna have the real data to look up to coming fights and amybe bet

No, if the fight was changed to a NC or Loss it should appear as a NC or loss..

As for the rest, thats pretty much a full time job for someone monitoring heights, weights, gyms etc..
